1.  What is the shelf life of the cakes?

The cakes will keep 2 to 3 weeks if tightly wrapped, and up to a year in the freezer.  We recommend that you freeze the cakes if you are not planning to use them within a few days of receiving them, as they freeze so well and can even be refrozen!

2.  What is the shelf life of the sauces?

The sauces keep approximately 6 months and must be refrigerated after opening.  We also recommend that you stir the sauces before serving and microwave the Pecan Praline and Chocolate sauces for 15 to 20 seconds after removing the lids.  This will improve the texture of these sauces.
